As program lead you will manage one of our key accounts and make sure our joint programs are a success by leading their planning, design and delivery.

Key responsibilities:

As Program Lead you are responsible for planning, delivery and evaluation of our programs with a major partner in Hong Kong, focussed on empowering social workers to become effective intrapreneurs leading innovative change projects within social work organizations. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Planning & designing DO School programs and engagements through stakeholder management, project management, workshop/ engagement  design, including stakeholders at senior management level
  • Delivering and facilitating trainings and workshops  with a specific focus on training social workers in mindsets and skills to set them up for success as intrapreneurs
  • Working with other members of the program team and our Partners from initial engagement with the DO School to measuring success after the program to ensure maximum impact.
  • Creating a positive, high energy atmosphere throughout to enable participants to learn by DOing

 

Your profile:

You love creating unique engagements that evolve around social innovation, co-creation and learning by DOing, you are confident in the room, also with senior leaders, and can create a productive, high-energy atmosphere when leading a group process. You are an experienced project manager who likes to plan and coordinate projects from start to finish. 

  • You have extensive experience (7+ years) in consulting, innovation or organisational development.  
  • You are well networked in Hong Kong and understand different sectors, especially the social work and nonprofit sectors 
  • You are experienced and confident in facilitating innovation processes, as well as leadership and communication skills
  • You are experienced in different communication, coaching, design thinking, etc. models and methods
  • You have strong experience in stakeholder management and project management, e.g. through working in consulting 
  • You are experienced in facilitating and managing a wide variety of stakeholders, including of Cx or board level seniority 
  • You are experienced with cultural diversity in a working environment

 

Language skills:  

Fluent English & Cantonese (written and spoken, preferably native). 

Fluent Mandarin (written and spoken) is an advantage. 

Note that the DO School is an international community, with English as its common language.
